Commission

All communication regarding your commission will take place through Twitter/Instagram/Discord DMs. Please message me there if you would like a commission.

Terms Of Service

By commissioning me, you agree to the terms of service outlined below:

I. GENERAL DISCLAIMERS:

  • As this time, all commissions are to be used for personal use only.

  • I reserve the right to refuse or discontinue a commission at any time.

  • Disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated and your commission will be cancelled if it occurs.

  • The terms outlined here may vary slightly depending on the type of commission.

  • References MUST be sent before I start working on the piece. Providing multiple references helps me to get a better sense of what i'm drawing!

II. PAYMENT AND FEES:

  • Payment must be paid upfront before the commission begins

  • Payment is done through PayPal invoice using USD

  • Pricing may increase/change depending on additional details and the complexity of the commission.

  • After the first WIP, there will be no refunds allowed

III. DEADLINES AND REVISIONS:

  • Unless specified by the client before work is started, the commission will be completed 1-4 weeks from commission start date.

  • Up to 3 major changes are allowed during the WIP. After that, only 3 minor changes are allowed before the artwork is complete.

IIII. COPYRIGHT & USAGE POLICY:

  • Commissions may be used as profile pictures, banners, or other personal usages but you must credit me.

  • I retain the rights to any commissioned works. Feeding my work into AI engines/ NFT sites are strictly prohibited.

  • I reserve the right to post the commissioned work on my social medias.

  • I reserve the right to stream, record, and upload videos of the creation of the artwork.
